JAMB CBT 2015: What You Need To Do After JAMB RESULT Is Out [MUST READ]

THE Joint Admission And Matriculation Board, (JAMB) 2015 UTME Examination ends yesterday, 21st March, 2015…. Now that the examination had come to an end, what is the next step?

As you already know, it is compulsory to pass the Joint Admission Matriculation Examination, (JAMB) to be admitted into any Tertiary Institution in Nigeria.

THE Joint Admission and Matriculation Board 2015/2016 Examination commenced on 10th of March, 2015 and ends on March 21, 2015. While some candidates have written the examination and seen their result, others who have written are yet to see their results. That is the irony of life.

For your Post-UTME, you have to find out what the cut-off mark for your choice of Institution is. Most of you whose chosen school is outside your state, you will need to keep in touch with anyone you know. It could be your friend, family or anyone who is close to the school. Traveling Far Distance to Write Post-UTME

Students who have to travel miles, to other states to write their POST-UTME examination, you should visit your school probably a few weeks before the exam to get familiarize with the school and it’s environs. You should also make preparation to squat/stay in the school as your examination might last up to the evening hours, at which time you will not be able to travel.

Hence, the idea of visiting your school of choice before the post-utme screening is to try to know the environs and where to pay for the night if necessary. If you have any friend who is a student, or you know a friend who know a friend, who know another friend who is a student of the University that might help you with accommodation to cover your stay for the few days you will be staying or till the next day after you are done with your examination and can’t travel back to your destination. This will help save you money that you’d have spent on accommodation for the few days.

A lot of Jamb candidates will be sitting for the Post-UTME examination, what do you need to do to stand out from the crowd? Simple. Sort for Past POST-UTME questions and answers of your school.

You should take note that the post utme questions don’t fall from the sky, it is reproduce out of past questions. We know this for sure that some of the POST-UTME questions are the same with JAMB examination questions.

Before the day of your Post-UTME examination, you have to cross check everything. Put things that are needed for the exam in a place where you can easily have access to them. Ensure all the materials needed for your movement and exam is all set.

Also, you should have all your documents, from jamb original results to waec. Everything.

On the day of your screening exercise/examination, say a word of prayer, dress properly, be of good behaviour, have your writing materials and Post-UTME printouts with you.

NOTE: Don’t carry a bag as you would not be allowed into the examination premises with it. It’s either you drop it somewhere of which the security is unsafe or at the front of the hall, where you know that some people might their to steal, like the Jamb UTME candidate who try to steal a laptop after his exam. You do not want to lose your belongings due to ignorance.
