-2014/2015 UNIZIK Matriculation Date Rescheduled

Another Christmas is here again. The day we celebrate the birth of the saviour of the world, Jesus Christ. This period calls for sober reflections on the lives we have led these past months and the impact the kind of lifestyle we lead impact on our neighbours.

Indeed this year has had its good and ugly sides for the country, state, school and in our individual lives. Some of us lost dear ones, course mates, some lost precious gifts, some missed lots of opportunities, many had cases of misplaced priorities, some made mistakes while many derailed from that path that leads to eternal bliss.

While many tasted the ugly side of 2014, some really made great impact in the lives of others, some made and stood on good decisions that has shaped their lives till now, some improved greatly on their studies and some made good relationships.
In all, there is every cause to celebrate Christ today.
The fact that we are alive to witness today’s event is enough premise to be thankful.

This year will ever remain remarkable in the life of this institution owing to the fact that we had two transitions. One was from the immediate past vice Chancellor, Prof. Boniface Chukwukadibia Egboka to the incumbent, Prof. Joseph Eberendu Ahaneku, the other was in our Students Union Government, from Com. Ibe Chukwunonso Cico to Com. Noble Chibueze Eyisi.
We thank God these transitions weren’t bloody as could be seen in other institutions.

As we celebrate, let’s eat reasonably, drink with caution, drive sensibly and above all, let love lead.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, UNIZIK has scheduled it’s matriculation ceremonies as follows:
