Interested and qualified applicants are invited to participate in the Entrance Examination for admission into the University of Benin Teaching, U.B.T.H, School of Post Basic Midwifery for Eighteen (18) months Midwifery Programme for the 2013/2014 session.
Eligibility
Interested candidates must possess the following:
Five(5) credit in WASC/SSCE/NECO in
* English Language,
* Mathematics,
* Biology,
* Chemistry and
* Physics at not more than two sittings.
Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
How to Apply
Candidates can purchase the form at the sum of Five Thousand and two hundred naira (N5,200.00) only. This should be payable into UBTH Training Schools Account through Teller into Fidelity Bank, Uniben Branch only, Ugbowo. Benin City. Account No. 5030047475. (Please confirm that the bank account number belong to the school before making any payment)
The Sale of University of Benin Midwifery Forms will begin on the 5th of May, 2014. The Tellers must be collected from the School before payment is made into the bank account above.
COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Candidates can collect the from from the office of the Deputy Director (Midwifery Education)/Principal on presentation of the Teller from Fidelity Bank Plc, Uniben Branch.

* Date of Selection Interview: 12TH AUGUST 2014
* Venue: SCHOOL OF MIDWIFERY, UBTH, Benin City.
* Time: 8:00 am prompt.
