The Sokoto State University Revised Academic Calendar for the completion of the 2019/2020 academic session has been released by the management.
WE are using this platform to inform all the students of Sokoto State University (SSU) that the school senate has approved and published the revised Academic Calendar for the 2019/2020 academic session.

Sokoto State University Academic Calendar
1st Semester
- 12th October 2020: Resumption and registration of final year students (1day)
- 19th October 2020: Resumption and registration for returning students (1day)
- 26th October 2020: Resumption and registration for fresh students (1day)
- 12th October 2020 to 21st November 2020: First semester lectures (6weeks)
- 23rd November 2020 to 12th December 2020: First-semester examination (3weeks)
- 14th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results (3weeks)
2nd Semester
- 4th January 2021 to 27th March 2021: Second-semester lectures (12weeks)
- 29th March 2021 to 17th April 2021: Second-semester Examination (3weeks)
- 19th April 2021 to 1st May 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results (2weeks)
- 19th April 2021 to 16th May 2021: End of semester break (4weeks)
- 17th May 2021: 2020/2021 Session Begins
