This is to inform the members of the general public that Applications are invited from candidates, (both male and female) for admission into the POST BASIC COURSE in psychiatric mental health nursing for the year 2013/2014. The course leads to the award of REGISTERED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE CERTIFICATE (RPN).

Interested Applicants must possess one of the following educational qualification
1. WASC/GCE O’Level with five(5) credits in not more than two(2) sittings
2. SSCE or NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings
The credit passes MUST include English language, mathematics, chemistry, biology and physics.
In addition, Interested Applicants must possess RN Certification of the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria.
Intending Candidates should have at least one(1) year post qualification experience with a current practising license. other nursing qualification will be an added advantage.
Duration of Programme:
The duration of the Programme is 18 Months

Applications are to be made in candidates own handwriting stating both their educational and professional qualifications and should be accompanied with photostat copies of credentials, two(2) recent passport potographs, two(2) self stamped addressed envelopes and a non refundable application fee of N6,000 (Six thousand naira only) payable in bank draft made payable to the
