- Go to the college’s portal @ http://apply.polyibadan.edu.ng/prospect/login.
- Enter your Email and Phone Number in the space indicated for it,
- Login, locate and click on ‘Print Application Form’.
- Your score will be available under the ‘CBT Score’ section.
