The latest information reaching us reaching us from the Ondo State University of Science and Technology, (OSUSTECH) is that the university management has unveiled new Laboratories built for the students of the institution, and the lab. are fully equipped as some students were seen working in one of the new laboratories in the university.
Another achievement of the institution is that Ondo State University of Science and Technology, (OSUSTECH) has moved to her new permanent campus in a space of just two years after it was founded.
This is a great feat by the institution, and they just made history in the Nigerian Tertiary Sector as the first public university to move to her permanent site within two years of inception. Before this, all academic and administrative activities were conducted on the same spot called the “take-off campus” of the institution.
But relief came when the Ondo State governor, who was also the visitor to the university, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, made a promise to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Tolu Odugbemi that the university would move to its permanent site within two years. And he has kept to his promise.
Now the new permanent site of Ondo State University of Science and Technology, (OSUSTECH) is Kilometre 6, Igbokoda Road, Okitipupa, Ondo State.
