About Olusegun Agagu Foundation Scheme
The Olusegun Agagu Foundation is a non-governmental organization that was established in remembrance of former Ondo State Governor, His Excellency, Late Dr. Olusegun Agagu. The foundation was designed primarily as a means to improve the standard of living through significant support systems.
These primary support systems were designed as a means to appreciate and rewards students who excel across various fields in their endeavors. There are existing scholarships in the scheme under the foundation likewise, there are new emerging scholarships in the scheme under the foundation.
Apart from that, the foundation as a scheme was designed to improve also the lives of academicians across fields like geology, petroleum engineering, energy, politics, culture, arts, service, and aviation trauma.
Partners Of Olusegun Agagu Foundation
The Olusegun Agagu Foundation over the years has been, in partnership with the Governing Council of Adeleke University. Invariably, applications currently are limited to only prospective Adeleke University students who are indigenes of the Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The Olusegun Agagu Foundation scholarship scheme is a fully-funded educational scheme in Adeleke University and as such, all expenses from stationaries to tuition as well as dues would be handled by the foundation for all successful applicants.
Eligible Courses For The Olusegun Agagu Foundation Scholarship Scheme
For applicants who looking to take advantage of this scheme and as well indigenes of Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State, below are the eligible courses who are qualified for the full scholarship scheme from the foundation.

- – Civil Engineering

- -Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- – Chemistry
- -Biochemistry
- -Microbiology
NOTE: THIS SCHOLARSHIP IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ADELEKE UNIVERSITY PROSPECTIVE OR PRESENT STUDENTS.
Also, as mentioned earlier, the scheme was primarily designed to show support to hardworking students. Also, it was designed to appreciate deserving students across Okitipupa local government indigene, Ondo State. This is to show appreciation for the commitment to their studies and for lifting the reputation of the local .government in spite of the financial difficulties around them.
Eligibility For The Olusegun Agagu Foundation Scholarship
To be eligible for the scholarship scheme from The Olusegun Agagu Foundation, below are some of the eligibility criteria.
- You must be indigenes of Okitipupa Local Government Area
- Be very hardworking and possess successful track records of high grades in your academics This must be evident through the testimonials provided by their schools.
- Adeleke University, Ede must be your preferred university, or at least, you must be willing to take a change of institution form to effect a change to Adeleke University.
- You must possess an excellent O’level result. WAEC or NECO preferably.
- You must have a minimum score of 200 in your JAMB exams.
How to Apply for Olusegun Agagu Foundation Scholarship

- Also, supply your UTME score details (Recall that a minimum UTME score of 200 is required)
- O’level results ( a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in not more than one sitting).
Important Things To Take Note
The following things should be noted upon registration.
- Incomplete applications will not be treated
- Upon completion of your application, the governing board of the scheme would evaluate your credentials before any shortlist would be made.
- All Successful candidates will be contacted via emails and SMS.
Olusegun Agagu Foundation Scheme Closing Date
The deadline for the submission of the application for the scholarship scheme is 31st, July 2021.
