The Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa management is using this medium to invite suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various programmes of the College which commences on Monday, 11th March 2019.

The Offa Health Tech Entrance Exam will be conducted using computers (i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT). The test will be taken at Offa (the College). Applicants are to print their schedule from their portals.
How to purchase Offa Health Tech Form
College of Health Technology Offa application form can be obtained at the sum of Ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only, and it can be paid on the college’s portal using your ATM Card.
Admission Requirements
Prospective candidates must have completed the National Diploma (ND) programme in relevant area with at least lower credit pass at the final examinations.
* Five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry
* Evidence of completion of one year industrial training (IT) from recognized institution
DURATION
Four (4) semesters i.e two (2) academic sessions including practical attachment

Remedial Studies
This programme is intended to make up for O’level deficiencies.
The management is inviting interested applicants to apply for admission into remedial studies of the college, it is aimed at preparing candidates for automatic admission into any courses of study into the college.
Admission into the College of Health Technology Offa is automatic provided a remedial programme as follows:
- Obtained a minimum of 2.0CGP from O’level subjects undertook at the college
- Remedied all necessary O’level deficiencies
- All successful candidates will be placed into courses of their choice.
DURATION: 6 months
Kwara College of Health Tech Form Closing Date
Health Tech Offa Form closing date is 31st May, 2019. Kwara State College of Health Tech., Offa 2019/2020 application has been extended till Sunday, 30th June, 2019. Offa Health Tech has extended the closing date to Sunday 4th, August 2019.
