The National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, 16th Matriculation Ceremony has been Rescheduled.

We are using this platform to inform the general public and most especially all the newly admitted students of the National Open University of Nigeria that the 16th Matriculation Ceremony has been re-scheduled to hold on Saturday, 30th July 2016.

Matriculating students are advised to complete their registration process ahead of the ceremony.
