The National Examination Council (NECO) application form for the 2020/2021 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) is now on sale. According to the information, only the final year pupils of Primary Schools are eligible to apply.

The National Common Entrance Examination for admission into Junior Secondary School (JSS 1) of Federal Government Unity Colleges for 2020/2021 will be held throughout the 36 states in Nigeria on Saturday, 28th March 2020.

Who is Eligible?

How to Apply for National Common Entrance Exam Online

Parents and Guardians are to pay the registration fee of Two thousand, five hundred naira (N2,500.00) only before they can register their candidate. The procedure for registering online for the NCEE Examination can be access here.

  1. Go to ncee.neco.gov.ng
  2. Create an online account
  3. Activate the account
  4. Make payment
  5. Register candidate(s)
  6. Print photo card

Note: Each centre has a maximum of 250 candidates. Once the centre is full, you can no longer select that centre.

Structure of National Common Entrance Examination.

The examination will consist of the following:

Paper I

  • Part A – Mathematics and Basic Science and Technology
  • Part B – English and National Values Education

Paper-II

  • Part A – Quantitative and Vocational Aptitude
  • Part B – Verbal Aptitude
