NIger Delta University Shutdown Over Students’ Unrest

LATEST report reaching us here at has it that the management of Niger Delta University (NDU) was yesterday, Tuesday 16th February 2016, shutdown following a violent protest by the students.

According to the report, the protest was due to the new decision by the school authority on the pass mark required for them to graduate from the institution.

It was learnt that the students who were mainly final year students made up of a section of the Faculty of Engineering are demanding a change to the new decision by the management.
