We are using this medium to inform all the students of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) and mostly all those who are Newly Admitted into the Institution, that the Online registration for Courses, Tuition fee payment and accomodation, has been scheduled to begin on the 7th of January, 2013.
Candidates who are yet to check their admission status can do so from the link provided below.

The procedure is displayed below:
– Registration Period: 7th – 13th January, 2013

– Late Registration (Late Registration will attract Additional Fees of N5,000.00): 14th January to 20th January, 2013

Please take note that the Nasarawa State University Portal will officially close by mid-night 20th of January, 2013 and returning students will only be allowed to check their registered course.

*Important Notice For NSUK Returning Students*

Any add and drop of courses must be done within this registration period. Failure to register within this ( registration period will amount to forfeiting the Academic Session.

Step by Step Guideline for NSUK Freshers Registration
Step 1. Upon arrival, all Newly admitted students should visit the School Website at (, under the “Prospective Students” Menu, click on Downloads. Select Undergraduates and Enter your UTME/DE Registration Number and click on the Enter button.
You will be required to print your Admission Letter and the Clearance Form.

Step 2. Proceed to your department with the following items, your Admission Letter and Clearance Form:
– UTME/DE Slip
– Original Copies of all credentials and indigene Certificate
– Ten(10) recent Passport photographs
– Prelim Examination Result (for those admitted through prelim only).

Step 3. All candidates are adviced to Ensure they are fully screened at the Department, Faculty level before proceeding to the Academic Office for Signing.

Step 4. After you are properly cleared, you can now proceed to pay your Nsuk School Fee. Goto the Nsuk website at, under “Current Students” menu, click on “Pay School Fees”. Wait for the page to load. Read the instructions carefully and at the end of the page, click on Pay Fees Now. Again, wait for the page to load and Enter your UTME/DE Registration Number, and wait to Get your Fee Detail.

The fees due for your Student category will be displayed. Download and Print a copy of the Payment Invoice and take it to any branch of the designated bank below:

* Zenith Bank
* Ecobank PLC
* First Bank
* UBA Bank
* Diamond Bank
* Keystone Bank
* Unity Bank

Note: You will be required to pay additional fees of
i. Portal Access and Internet Charges – N2,000
ii. Transaction Charges – N300
Upon successful payment at the bank, you will be given a payment slip which contains a confirmation number. Return to the portal with this and follow the procedure above.

Select the e-tranzact Pin Vending option and click on pay fees. This will take you to a page, enter the confirmation number and click on verify. After your payment has been verified, you will be required to print your school fees receipt and also a PIN will be automatically generated for you with which you will be required to use in the next step below.

Step 5. Profile Update and Course Form Registration
Still on, select Portal Login under Current Students use the combination of your UTME/DE Registration Number and the PIN obtained after your ( payment has been successfully verified and school fees receipt printed. Login and update your profile, also register all your required courses as the case may be. Print every other required form including your Student Information Form.

– Please, ensure you are properly screened before paying fees as there will be no refund after payment has been made.
– Please, ensure you keep your PIN as it will be required for your session long access to the Portal
