Below is the Most sought/preferred Universities in Nigeria.

1. University of Ilorin, UNILORIN, (107,488 Candidates).
Unilorin is the 4th best university in Nigeria. The Cut off mark is usually 200, and 240 for Medicine.

Fact: Do you know that out of the 107,488 candidates that applied for University of ilorin for the 2015 session, only 11,000 candidates will be admitted?

2. University of Benin, (UNIBEN) (71,496 Candidates),
Uniben is the 8th best university in Nigeria. Uniben cut off mark is usually 200.

3. Nnamdi Azikiwe University, (UNIZIK) (70,609 Applicants),
Unizik is the 16th best institution in Nigeri and the Cut-off mark is 180 for Education based courses, 200 for the others.

4. University of Nigeria, Nsukka, (UNN) (66,788 applicants).

Unilag is the 1st best university, the cut-off mark is always stamped at 200 and above.

6. Ahmadu Bello University, ABU (60,237 applicants),
ABU Zaria is the biggest university in Nigeria and 2nd in Africa. Rated 10th best.
The Cut-off is 180 for Sciences and 190 for Arts

7. University of Ibadan, UI (47, 497 applicants), 3rd best. Cut-off mark is 200.

8. Bayero University Kano, BUK (46,801 Applicants).
BUK is rated as the 19th best. The Cut-off mark is 180 and above.

9. Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU (43,965 candidates),
The second best university. The cutoff mark is usually 200.

10. University of Uyo, UNIUYO (41,645 applicants),
31st best. Uniuyo Cutoff mark is 200 and above.

11. University of Jos, UNIJOS (41, 286 applicants),
Rated as the 15th best. The Cutoff mark is 180.
