List of Nigerian Universities that DO NOT accept 2nd Choice Candidates
[ ] University of Ibadan, UI

[ ] Nnamdi Azikiwe University, NAU, Unizik

[ ] University of Calabar, Unical

[ ] Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Fuoye

[ ] Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU

[ ] Federal University of Technology, Akure, Futa

[ ] University of ilorin, Unilorin

[ ] University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Unn

[ ] Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Funaab

[ ] University of Jos, Unijos

[ ] University of Lagos, Unilag

The Universities listed here (above) don’t accept second choice candidates for the following reasons.

[ ] Federal Universities only consider candidates who chose them as FIRST CHOICE, If you select a Federal University as your second choice, you are simply saying, “I just need something to fill-in the empty space”, chance are, you will NEVER be admitted, unless they have New courses that are not accredited yet, then they might consider 2nd choice candidates. www.nigeriaschool.com.ng

*Tips* Candidates are advice to select Federal Institution (i.e. Federal Universities are Futo, Futa etc) (University of Benin, Uniben
(Although, Uniben accept second choice, there are past candidates who conclude that University of Benin don’t consider 2nd choice applicants.)) as their First choice and State University as their Second Choice (State universities, Imsu, ABSU etc.)

[ ] From Research and Statistics, It is Discovered that Majority of candidates admitted into Federal Universities in Nigeria are those who select the Institution as their 1st Choice.

[ ] Before selecting any Institution, you should first find out the School Capacity, from 2012 admission, the total number of candidate that apply for University of Lagos, Unilag for 2012/2013 academic session was about 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Candidates plus) and Unilag have SPACE for only 5,000 candidates. www.nigeriaschool.com.ng (Now, what will the 95,000 candidates do? And there is more, read on)

Out of those candidates who applied for Unilag, more than 5,000 candidates Will score above the average cut-off mark… And this automatically means that, there is no HOPE for candidates who PUT University of Lagos as their 2nd choice.

[ ] Please take note that some State Universities in Nigeria don’t accept Second Choice Applicants. examples of such Universities are: LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, LAUTECH

All Jambites candidates Seeking admission are advice to be fully loaded with all necessary information that will help them to be among the lucky Candidates that will Gain Admission come the 2019 Academic Session. www.nigeriaschool.com.ng
