Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) Required Documents for ND/HND Clearance Registration for 2019/2020 Academic Session

The Lagos State Polytechnic of Technology, LASPOTECH Required Clearance Documents for Admission Exercise procedure for National Diploma, (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), newly admitted students for the 2019/2020 academic session has been announced.

We are using this medium to inform all the prospective ND & HND full-time students of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) that the school authority has released the clearance requirement and procedure for the 2019/2020 admission exercise.

LASPOTECH Clearance Requirement

The Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) newly admitted National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates are expected to provide the following List of Registration Documents for the 2019/2020 academic session screening and clearance.

List Of Documents For National Diploma (ND) Registration

1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. LASPOTECH Admission/Acceptance Letter
3. Acceptance Fees, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
4. LASPOTECH Post UTME Application Form
5. JAMB RESULT SLIP
6. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION JAMB SLIP
7. WAEC/ NECO/ NABTEB results
8. Passport Photograph (8 Nos)
9. Course Registration Forms
10. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parents
11. Matriculation Oath Parent/Guarantor Indemnity Form
12. Birth Certificate/Birth Affidavits
13. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
14. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)

(5 copies of all documents to include Student’s personal copy)

3. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results
4. Passport photograph (8 Nos)
5. Course registration forms
6. Letter of one year industrial attachment
7. Acceptance fee, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
8. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parent
9. Matriculation Oath/Parent/ Guarantor Indemnity Form
10. Birth Certificate/ Birth Affidavits
11. National Diploma Result/ Certificate
12. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
13. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)
