Kogi State University, KSU Post UTME Form, cut-off mark, and registration guideline for the 2020/2021 academic session has been announced.
WE are using this platform to inform the general public and most especially all the applicants who applied for admission into Kogi State University, KSU, Ayingba and made the university their FIRST CHOICE that the screening exercise has been announced for the 2020/2021 academic session.
Candidates who chose the Institution as their Most preferred (FIRST CHOICE) in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME would be screened through a computer-based test (CBT) in subjects similar to their UTME subject combination starting from Monday, 14th September to Friday 19th September 2020 for both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates (Printouts to decide a date for various candidates.).
Note: Candidates who made the Kogi State University their SECOND CHOICE NEED NOT REGISTER for the screening exercise.
Candidates, parents and guardians, and the general public are to note that the ability to read and click or move the mouse on the computer are the only requirements for the test.

Candidates Eligible for the KSU Post-UTME Screening
UTME Candidates (100 LEVEL) Only candidates who scored an aggregate of 160 cut-off point and above in the 2020 UTME and with a requisite minimum of Five (5) O’level credit passes in the relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics for programmes in Faculties of Natural Sciences, Management Sciences, Agriculture, Social Sciences and Some programmes in the Faculty of Education at not more than two sittings are eligible to attend the screening exercise.
KSU Cut-off Mark: Please take note that the cut-off mark for each faculty varies. Please check the course you applied and see if your cut-off mark is up to par. (Example: Banking and Finance cut-off mark is 160, while Accounting is 170).
Direct Entry Candidates should have a minimum of 9 points from A’level result or its equivalent; (and minimum of “C grade” for teaching subjects in NCE) Upper Credit in OND or Lower Credit in HND.
The diploma must be in the course applied.
Note:
- UTME Candidates who did not meet up with the courses they applied for are advised to effect a change of course on www.jamb.org.ng as appropriate. (JAMB subject combination for every course must be put into consideration).
- Candidates are advised to check requirements/subjects combinations for their respective programmes on the portal.
- Candidates are strongly advised to upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal.
How to Register for KSU Post UTME Screening
The registration for the Kogi State University Screening Exercise will start on Monday 10th August 2020 and close on Sunday, 6th September 2020 at midnight.
