[Official] JAMB Gives Update On The Release Of 2019 UTME Results

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has disclosed to the general public that non of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Results has been released.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced to newsmen on 16th April, that non of the results of the ongoing 2019’s UTME have been released. This was announced by the JAMB’s Head of Media and Publicity, Fabian Benjamin, while speaking to newsmen on Tuesday in Bwari.

JAMB Result Update

According to Dr Fabian Benjamin, the board is still in the process of screening the results due to the fact that a lot of fraudulent activities were uncovered.

He mentioned that the issues discovered include multiple registrations, impersonation etc. In view of these, the board is taking its time to weed out the perpetrators. He however stated that candidates should expect their results soon.

Dr Fabian said that the JAMB board is still investigating candidates who were unable to be verified through its biometric process and would come out with a stand on the matter.

You can follow the steps outlined below to Check your JAMB UTME Result on www.jamb.org.ng

1. Go to JAMB result checking portal @ http://www.jamb.org.ng/eFacility/CheckUTMEResults.
2. Enter your UTME Registration Number or Email Address in the required box and click on the ‘Check my Result’.
3. The portal will display your JAMB Result for 2019 UTME if it is out.
