(Official) JAMB Fix National Cut-Off Mark For Admission into University at 180, Polytechnics & College of Edu. at 150 For 2014/2015 Session

This is Official (but we are yet to FULLY confirm it) The Jamb 2014-2015 Cut-Off Mark For Universities, Polytechnics and College of Education/Monopolytechnics.

Jamb 2014/2015 Candidates who scored 180 and above in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, (UTME), conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) can now proceed to apply/seek for admission into the School of their choice.

The Chairman of the Policy Committee on admissions to tertiary institutions and Supervising Minister of Education, Professor Nyesom Wike, who disclosed this today, 1st July, 2014 said the committee has also pegged the cut-off mark for admission into polytechnics and colleges of education for the 2014/2015 session at 150.

The Minister of Education charged the respective institutions to abide by admission guidelines into the nation’s tertiary schools.

We will confirm this and provide more details before tomorrow.
Some important facts.
* Please know that even if the official cut off mark for Universities is pegged at 180, some Universities might set theirs at 200 and above.
* Be prepared because Universities will begin their Post-Utme Screening Exercise since the official jmab cut off is out.

    1. No, the minimum cutoff mark for polytechnic is 150. But some polytechnics cutoff point is a little lower. Please check our previous posts.
