The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Monday, 3rd June, 2019 conducted a supplementary Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 490 candidates, whose Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres were earlier suspended for malpractices and other various infractions.
On Wednesday, June 14, the board announced the cancellation of results of no fewer than 60,000 candidates over examination malpractice and other alleged infractions. (Click Here for full details)
How to Confirm Your Eligibility for JAMB Supplementary UTME
- Eligible candidates will receive text messages on their phone number which was used in registration for the exams.
- Candidates which are eligible will receive Messages in their e-mail addresses, with which they used in registering for the examination.
- You can also confirm your eligibility status checking your profile on JAMB portal. (Please log in with your username and password to confirm)
According to JAMB Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, candidates for the rescheduled examination will also be notified of the date and venue on or before Monday, May, 28.
Affected candidates are advised to check their JAMB profile and print their exam schedule. (See how to reprint Jamb Exam slip Here)
Also, all candidates whose results had been cancelled following their involvement in examination irregularities will also be notified through their email addresses, text messages as well as their Jamb profiles. This set of candidates, according to the board is not eligible for the supplementary examination.
