Information reaching us is that The Governor of Edo state, Adams Oshiomole has temporarily shut down the Edo state Institute of Management (ESITM) which is located at Usen.
The reason why ESITM was shut down, is that two students was shot by the governor’s force men.
The two students were shot in the police’s effort to control a riot that led the students to threatening to burn down Usen police station.
The governor of Edo state hereby called on all the parents to advice their children and wards to make sure that they adhere strictly to government’s decision and evacuate the school environment immediately.
Any student who is found on the School Premises will have him or herself to blame.
Whatever happens, i hope the students who were shot get well quick! If you have a brother, sister or friend who study at the Institution, you can relay this message to them.
