The Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA Academic Calendar for the First and Second Semester, 2020/2021 academic session has been approved by the senate and published on the Institution’s official portal.
THIS is to inform the General Public that the management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, (FUTA) at its 281st Statutory Meeting held, has approved the Academic Calendar for the first and second semesters, 2020/2021 Session, the Member of Staffs and Students of the Institution should take note.

- Monday, 20th September 2021 – Registration Portal Opens
- Sunday, 24th Oct. 2021 – Arrival of all Students
- Monday, 25th Oct. 2021 – Registration Continues
- Wednesday, 10th to Sunday, 14th Nov. 2021- Orientation of Fresh Students
- Sunday, 14th Nov. 2021 – Normal Registration Ends
- Monday, 15th Nov. 2021 – Lectures Commence for all Students
- Monday, 29th Nov. 2021 – Late Registration Commences
- Monday, 6th Dec. 2021 – Late Registration Ends
- Friday, 17th Dec. 2021 – Matriculation Ceremony
