FUAM Shut Down By Management Following Cult Related Violence

Latest report reaching us has it that the school authority of The Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, FUAM, has shut down the institution indefinitely over cult clash.

According to the institution’s Information Officer, Mr Dzerka Fanafa, 4 students were left dead in the early hours of yesterday over cult violence. And the decision to close down the school was taken in an emergency meeting of stake holders on Wednesday night in which it was unanimously agreed that all the students should leave the hostels before noon on Thursday, 9th of June, 2016 to avoid escalation of the crisis.

The information Officer, Mr. Dzerka said the university Senate was expected to meet later on Thursday to ratify the decision taken at the meeting.
