Following our 7 days ultimatum on the lingering Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti indefinite strike,we have met with all student bodies in the state and all well meaningful stakeholders.
We are still consolidating as that is the only means to stay out of trouble,you will recall that myself and other student leaders in the state led a protest on this issue and yet it has not been resolved.
I have been told and have confirmed that the minister of education will be meeting but the trade union and the management later today,as such I plead with all comrades,lovers of student welfarism and also my foot soldiers to relax and let’s wait for the outcome of the meeting.
Meanwhile myself and some selected union leaders of the polytechnic will be meeting with the Director of State Security Service later in the day to consult on the next line of action after their said meeting.
Once again I plead to all to stay calm for further directives.
