The Federal Polytechnic, Offa Post UTME Form, Eligibility, Screening Date and Registration guidelines has been announced for the 2019/2020 academic session.
WE are using this platform to inform the general public and most especially all the candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their choice college in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that the Post UTME screening form will be on sale from Monday 29th July, 2019, in the polytechnic main campus.

Eligibility
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the Offa Poly post UTME Screening exercise for the 2019/2020 academic session.
* All Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2019 JAMB UTME and made Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their First Choice Institution are expected to participate in the screening exercise.
How to Register for Offa Poly Post UTME Screening
All eligible candidates should visit the college portal at: http://portal.fpo.edu.ng, and make payment of Two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible between Wednesday 10th July to Tuesday 17th September, 2019.
Fill the required information, including O’level result(s), upload scanned copies of result(s)/certificate(s), state of origin and birth certificate and print out screening summary report. Candidates are required to come with Original and photocopy(s) of their SSCE results and appropriate scratch cards for the screening of their results.
According to the school management, any aspirants who fails to participate in the Offa Polytechnic Post UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission into the Polytechnic, and any false data entry during the online registration for screening will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any time so discovered.
All candidates are enjoined to visit the college Website www.fpo.edu.ng for appropriate entry requirements for programmes of their choice and other relevant information.

Offa Poly Post UTME Form Closing date
The sale and submission of Offa poly post utme form 2018/2019 will end on Tuesday 17th September, 2019. You are expected to have submitted your details before then to be eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
