DELSU Acceptance Fee Payment & Screening For Freshers 2015/16

THIS is to inform all the applicants who applied for admission into Delta State University, Abraka,  for the 2015/2016 academic session and have been offered provisional admission into various 100 level courses in the Institution are required to make an immediate payment of their fees in FULL including the non-refundable acceptance fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) and tender the evidence at the point of screening in the various Faculties.

Guideline for Payment

(i) The prospective students should log-on to http://recordsoft.org/dspoadm to check their admission status.
(ii) log-in with your registration number (leave the password field empty for new users)
(iii) create your new password
(iv) fill in all your details
(v) proceed to Generate Payment Slip to know required fees to pay.
Payments are to be made to the following Banks
United Bank for Africa (UBA)
Students in the School of Business Studies
Departments of Accountancy, Business Administration & Management and Banking & Finance(HND & ND), Mass communication and Office Technology & Management (HND & ND)

Eco Bank (Oceanic)
Students in the School of Computing & IT
Departments of Computer Science and Statistics (HND & ND)

Union Bank
Students in the School of Engineering
Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and Welding and fabrication

Access Bank (Intercontinental)
Students in the Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)

Requirements For Delsu Screening Exercise

Successfully admitted Candidates are advised to come along with the following items/documents for the Screening Exercise starting IMMEDIATELY and would last for one(1) week.

a. Evidence of payment of Acceptance fees
b. Original Jamb Admission Letter
c. Original UTME Notification of Results (if already received) d. SSCE/GCE/NECO, etc.
d. Statement of Result (Original and five photocopies) computer printout of private candidates SSCE result duly Certified and stamped by the Principal (Original and five photocopies)
e. Letter of reference from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servants (Original and five photocopies)
f. Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age (Original and five photocopies)
g. School testimonial (Original and five photocopies)
h. Passport photographs with red background (12 copies)
i. All candidates who obtained their entry qualifications, i.e. WASC, GCE, NECO, etc, in or before 2010 must tender the original of their certificates
j. The use of affidavit in lieu of Statement of Result will not be accepted.

Important Notice: Delsu acceptance fee deadline

According to the school management, any candidate who fails to show up for the Delsu Screening Exercise within the stipulated period (ONE WEEK) would be deemed to have rejected the offer and therefore the offer would lapse.
