Auchi Polytechnic Post UTME Screening Form out for 2020/2021 Academic Session [ND Full-Time]

Update: All prospective National Diploma (ND) candidates of Auchi Polytechnic, after submitting their ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS are required to log in to the Application Control Panel and click on the link: Admission/Application Clearance form and follow the instructions.

Auchi Polytechnic Post UTME form, Cut-off mark, eligibility, and Screening date has been announced for the 2020/2021 Academic Session.

The management of Auchi Polytechnic is using this medium to invite interested and suitably candidates that made the Institution their preferred choice in the 2020 UTME to its 2020/2021 Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) screening exercise.

Candidates must have chosen the polytechnic as either 1st or 2nd choice an scored the required cut-off marks (120 and above) in the 2020 utme.

Note: Some Courses specified cut-off mark is above 120, you are advised to check Auchi Polytechnic Cut Off Mark for All courses.

Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes at one sitting or six (6) credit passes at 2 sittings including English Language and Mathematics in WASCE, SSCE, NECO, GCE O’L or NABTEB.

How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Post UTME Screening

All candidates are required to apply online by visiting the Polytechnic’s portal at to complete the online application form after payment of the required processing fees: Two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only.

Step 1: Go to the college’s portal at; to initiate the application process.

Step 2: Fill in the required details. Use your UTME Registration Number as your Username and your Phone number as password preferably.

NOTE: Candidates are advised NOT to use the Cyber café operator’s Phone Number or e-mail for their application. This will make it impossible for the polytechnic to contact such candidates when the need arises. The institution will not be liable for any candidate’s inability to receive relevant information.

Step 3: Generate the REMITA payment invoice (RRR) from the schools portal and proceed to any of the designated payment channels (banks) stated below;

* Polaris (Skye) Bank
* Fidelity Bank

All candidates are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand (N2000) Naira as Post-UTME CBT screening fee. This excludes other administrative charges.

Proceed to the Polytechnic’s portal to complete the online application. Ensure that you upload all your relevant credentials as required and complete the online eligibility clearance form if requested.

  • Evidence of payment for the Application form and screening.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs
  • Original and photocopies of results (SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, ND etc)
  • JAMB result slip
  • Two (2) copies of printed Acknowledgement slip and
  • Two (2) copies of the printed Application form.

Candidates should NOTE that the Auchi Polytechnic Post UTME screening will be Computer-Based Test (CBT).

NOTE: Candidates are to report at the designated venues stated above for screening and Computer Based Test (CBT), by 7:00am on the scheduled dates and should be decently dressed.
