WE are using this platform to inform the general public and all the Direct Entry (DE) prospective Candidates who chose Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, as their First Choice in the 2019 UTME that the 2019/2020 Admission Exercise has commenced.

ATBU Direct Entry Requirement (Eligibility)

To be eligible for the ATBU D.E screening, applicants must have:

• Chosen ATBU as their first choice of institution in the 2019/2020 Direct Entry Admission.
• A minimum of credit passes in five (5) O’ level subject including English Language and Mathematics.

How to Apply for ATBU Direct Entry Screening

Eligible applicants should visit the university’s official portal via www.atbu.edu.ng/screening. Using your JAMB Registration Number as Username and proceed as follows:

Step 1. Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR), Proceed to make payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only as charges for the online Screening, into ATBU account using any Bank of your choice.

Step 2. Upload your recent passport size photograph.

Step 3. Fill the Bio-Data Form and other relevant fields as required.

Step 4. Indicate your Scratch Card Pin Number for ‘O’ Levels verification i. e. WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, (awaiting result for any relevant subject should be indicated and could be updated at a later date).

Step 5. The ATBU DE Portal will remain open from 5th August, to 19th August, 2019 to enable applicants upload their Data.

ATBU Direct Entry Form Closing Date

The ATBU Bauchi Direct Entry Screening form closing date is 18th August, 2019.

Note: The original copies of your credentials will be verified at the point of physical screening at Faculty/Central levels in due course to ensure your qualification into the course subscribed for.
