THE latest information reaching us reveals that The Niger Delta Youth Council and National Youth Council of Nigeria has appeal to the leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUP) and the Federal Government to call-off the strike in the interest of Nigerian Youths.

This was contained in a communique signed by the National Coordinator of NDYC, Comr. Jator Abido and Amb Comr. Hope George Vice President South-South.

NYCN, noted that the continued staying of the Students at home is dangerous to the security of Nigeria.

The group also lamented that as a matter of urgency the Federal Government should review the Nigeria education system and policies to meet up with that of the developed countries in the world.

  • If these guys looking for who to appeal to d govt to give ASUP wat dey want and dey return to class its dat simple and Asup should not dare call it off without getting their demands dey wasted8months of my tym so its better dey fight to d end becos either way we students already lose so many tinz so Asup should just keep fighting so help me beg ASUp not to dare call it off until dose insane govt get sane and act lyk d way govt should
