Admission Into U.C.H Post Basic School of Occupational Health Nursing for 2013/2014!!

This is to inform the general public and all Interested persons that University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, the Premier Teaching Hospital and a pacesetter in the training of health professionals, has been given approval by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria to commence a one-year Diploma programme in Occupational Health Nursing for trained and Registered Nurses all over the country.

At the end of the programme, successful candidates will be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as Occupational Health Nurses.

Interested candidates must possess the following documents:
█ Registered Nurses (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria

█ Five Credits at ‘O’ Level including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Interested candidates should collect application forms from the School of Occupational Health Nursing, University College Hospital, Ibadan from 11th February, 2013 with:

█ Non refundable fee of N5,000,00 (Five Thousand Naira only) payable to
Account Number: 2016771873,

Bank First Bank of Nigeria Plc, U.C.H branch, Ibadan.

█ Two stamped self-addressed envelopes

█ Two recent passport photographs

All the Completed application form should be returned to the school. This is for admission in November 2013 for the ninth set.

Interview is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 19th, June, 2013 at 7.00AM PROMPT
