The University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN, Nigeria, according to the report reaching us here at www.nigeriaschool.com.ng, has completed preparations for resumption of academic activities for the 2013/2014 academic session, despite having internal crisis brewing in the University following the replacement of the University Pro-Chancellor, Professor Enejere.
Reliable information reaching us reveals that students of University of Nigria, Nsukka are expected to return to campus on the 3rd of January, 2014, while lectures has been slated to commence on the 17th of January, 2014.
Note: Please be reminded that the UNN Nsukka matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students will hold in March, 2014, while convocation/graduation ceremonies follows up in April, 2014.
Meanwhile, we are still yet to find out if events would roll-out as scheduled above, as a result of the internal crisis in the University. It was reported that lecturers and staffs of both campuses of the University has been protesting in black attires following the replacement of the University pro-Chancellor by the Federal Government in December, 2013.
