Information reaching us here at www.nigeriaschool.com.ng has it that the school authority and staff of the University of Jos, Unijos has set a new date for the resumption of students for the 2014/2015 academic session.
Following the protest by the students of the University of Jos, which result in the shutting down of the school on November, the school is set to resume on Monday 23rd of February 2015 while on the Saturday 21st February the students hostel will be reopened. (www.nigeriaschool.com.ng)
On this note, the returning students are expected to come along with a receipt of a compulsory levy of twelve thousand naira, (12,000.00) naira which is for payment of the damages of the school properties.
The students of the institution will also sign an undertaken with the commissioner of oaths to be of good conduct with their remaining stay in the University.
And on that 23rd of February the returning students will begin their exams which was supposed to be written last year but unfortunately due to the protest it was postponed indefinitely.
